Who is responsible?

What data?

Only what you send us through the “Let’s talk” form or by email: full name, email address, brand or agency, indicative budget, your brand’s ingredients, needs and message.

Why?

To answer your request (project, brief, collaboration, portfolio) and discuss your project with you. This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.

Who has access?

Only the EVERY1.ATE team. Form messages are routed by our provider Formspree (United States); the website is hosted by Netlify (United States). These transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

For how long?

Three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or request the portability of your data at any time by writing to hello@every1ate.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL.

5. Cookies and storage

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools.

It only stores in your browser (local storage) the easter eggs you have found on the secret menu. This contains no personal data, never leaves your device and can be erased by clearing the site data in your browser.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your IP address is sent to Google to display them.
